The Ocala Breeders’ Sales Company’s 2009 February select sale of 2-year-olds in training has been rescheduled for Feb. 17 in Central Florida, and the Adena Springs sale of 2-year-olds in training has been added to the 2009 lineup and is scheduled for March 16.

Originally set for Feb. 10, the OBS February sale was moved to allow consignors an additional week of preparation. In addition, OBS announced a change in its under tack show policy. There will be a single under tack show prior to the February sale instead of two shows as in the past. There will be one show instead of two for each of the two sessions of the March select juvenile auction.

The February sale’s under tack show  is scheduled for Feb. 13 at 9 a.m. (EST), and under tack shows for the two-day March sale (March 17 and 18) are slated for March 12 and 13, with each session beginning at 8 a.m. (EST).

In a related development, the 2009 Darley OBS Championship Stakes day of racing has been moved to Feb. 16, with entries being taken Feb. 9.
