Millennium Windis relocating to Louisiana to stand the 2009 breeding season at Robert McDowell's 519 Thoroughbreds in Arcadia.  Millennium Wind, recently based at Highcliff Farm in New York, will join another Millennium Farms stallion, Easyfromthegitgo, at 519 Thoroughbreds.

“The Louisiana program is one of the country's best and we feel that  Millennium Wind will be well received by breeders there,” said Ro Parra, owner of Millennium Farms. “Rob McDowell and his team at 519 Thoroughbreds have done a good job with Easyfromthegitgo, and we are confident in his ability to further manage the career of Millennium Wind.”

Owned by Ro Parra's Millennium Farm, Millennium Wind will join Easyfromthegitgo in the Louisiana-Bred Program and the Louisiana Stallion Stakes. Both will be included in the Millennium Rewards program.  Millennium Wind will stand for a fee of $2,000, while Easyfromthegitgo's stud fee will be $2,500.

Produced from the Drone mare Bali Babe, Millennium Wind is the wire-to-wire winner of the Toyota Blue Grass Stakes(gr. I). He is one of the fastest sons of Cryptoclearance, and a leading third crop sire and top five third crop sire in New York. Millennium Wind is a half-brother to Horse of the Year Charismatic and multiple stakes winner Tossofthecoin.
