Trio of Triple Crown Runners To Meet in Northern Dancer

Three veterans of the Visa Triple Crown trail -- Meetyouathebrig, Scorpion, and Percy Hope -- will try to build momentum for the second half of their 3-year-old campaigns as they head a field of 10 horses entered in Saturday's $100,000-added Northern Dancer Handicap at Churchill Downs.
The Northern Dancer is a wide-open affair with Meetyouathebrig getting the nod as the 3-1-morning line favorite who will run as an entry with the other Elliott Walden-trained One By The Knows.
The field for the Northern Dancer Handicap, in order of post position, includes: Meetyouathebrig, 122, Espinoza; Son of Rocket, 117, Robby Albarado; Radical Riley, 114, Justin Vitek; Horrible Evening, 113, Larry Melancon; Global Gait, 115, Jerry Bailey; Compendium, 112, Donnie Meche; One By The Knows, 113, Espinoza; Scorpion, 115, Day; Wedlock, 113, Calvin Borel; and Percy Hope, 120, Court.
