Grade I Winner Toccet's First Winner

Toccet  , a grade I winner, came through with his first winner when his daughter Skirting Disaster won July 3 at Louisiana Downs. She captured the five-furlong race in 1:00.63 for owner Louie J. Roussel III.

Bred in Louisiana by H. Allen Poindexter, Skirting Disaster is the sixth winner from six foals of racing age out of the Housebuster mare Real Bad Girl.

Winner of the Champagne Stakes (gr. I) and Hollywood Futurity (gr. I), Toccet (Awesome Again  —Cozzene’s Angel, by Cozzene) stands for $12,500 at the Ryan family’s Castleton Lyons near Lexington.
