Stakes winner Eavesdropperwas represented by his first winner when his daughter Copper Sunrise won at five furlongs June 21 at Canterbury Park. She scored by 2 3/4 lengths in 1:00.55 for R.E.V. Racing.

Bred in Kentucky by Mark S. Smith, Copper Sunrise is the third winner from four starters from the stakes-winning Lac Ouimet mare Near Silver.

A half-brother to prominent sires A.P. Indy and Summer Squall, Eavesdropper  (Kingmambo--Weekend Surprise, by Secretariat) stands for $7,500 at John T.L. Jones III and Robert Trussell’s Walmac Farm near Lexington.
