Brushing Bully worked seven furlongs Tuesday morning in preparation for the 142nd running of Queen's Plate June 24 at Woodbine.
Under jockey David Clark, Stronach Stable's son of Broad Brush was timed in 1:30 1/5, handily, over a Woodbine main strip rated "good."
"He went really good," Trainer Tino Attard said. "We wanted him to relax, because he wants to go-go-go, and he did. David Clark says he's improving every time he works him. He really likes him."
Attard figures the 2000 Display Stakes winner will get one last major training move on Monday before 1 1/4-mile, $1 million race.
