The Lexington-based Horse Racing Radio Network will provide 6½ hours of live coverage of Kentucky Oaks and Derby days.

HRRN’s 2½-hour coverage of the Kentucky Oaks (gr. I) begins at 3:30 p.m. EDT May 2. HRRN will broadcast all five graded stakes on the Derby undercard from 1-5 p.m. May 3.

The Kentucky Oaks coverage will be carried live on six stations throughout Kentucky, and fans can hear HRRN’s Derby day coverage throughout Kentucky as well as on KGOW 1560 AM in Houston, Texas. KGOW will also stream the Derby day broadcast live at www.1560thegame.com.

The HRRN broadcasts will be hosted by Mike Penna and Pete Kules, and feature pre- and post-race analysis, as well as the live call of each race. Affiliate listings and broadcast times are available on the HRRN Web site, www.horseracingradio.net.
