A Celebration of Life service and gathering for the late Richard Galpin will be held Apr. 5 at the Fasig- Tipton sale pavilion on Newtown Pike in Lexington.
The service, which begins at 11 a.m. EDT, will be led by Pastor George Moore from the Mt. Horeb Presbyterian Church. The longtime bloodstock agent died Feb. 27 near Miami, Fla.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made through the Web site of the Kentucky Race Track Chaplaincy.
