International Thoroughbred Breeders and Realen-Turnberry/Cherry Hill have selected Ken Geyer Real Estate Auctioneers of Gilbertsville, Pa. to conduct an absolute auction of artwork, building components, office and exercise equipment, maintenance equipment, small restaurant equipment, and audio and video equipment at Garden State Park before the racetrack is razed later this year to make way for an office/condominium complex.

The southern New Jersey track closed its doors for good Tuesday.

"You've read racing history...perhaps you've seen racing history...now you can own a part of America's finest horse racing history!" reads the brochure that is being distributed by Ken Geyer Auctioneers. The auction will begin June 22 at 6 p.m. and run through June 26.

Stall mats, tractors, Fontana safety rails, the electronic toteboard from the infield, light fixtures, and seats from the grandstand will be auctioned. For more information or a catalog, call 1-800-554-5005, or access the company Web site at www.geyerauctions.com
