Tequesta, a 7-year-old son of Saint Ballado, will stand at Blue House Farm near Chambersburg, Pa. His fee is $1,000.

As a 2-year-old, Trequesta won a maiden special race at Belmont Park at 5 1/2 furlongs in his first start. At 3, he captured a 1 1/16-mile allowance race at Gulfstream Park.

Tequesta is bred similarly to deceased Horse of the Year Saint Liam, in that both are by Saint Ballado out of Mr. Prospector-line mares. Tequesta's dam, grade II winner Bodacious Tatas, is by Distinctive Pro.
