The first reported foal sired by grade I winner Cacique is a colt born Jan. 23, four days after the stallion's full brother, Champs Elysess, won the San Marcos Stakes (gr. IIT). Bred by Roundhill Stud, the colt is out of the Saddlers' Hall mare Gilah.

A two-time grade I winner for Khaled Abdullah's Juddmonte Farms, Cacique (Danehill--Hasili, by Kahyasi) stands at Banstead Manor Stud, a Juddmonte division, in England. His fee is 10,000 pounds (approximately $19,500).
