Grade II-winning sprinter Lexicon has been acquired by Richard Hessee for stallion duty at his R & R Farms near Goliad, Texas. His fee is $1,500.

A 13-year-old son of Conquistador Cielo, Lexicon has sired more than 20 winners, including 2007 stakes winner Frezacon.

As a racehorse, Lexicon scored his big win in the 1999 Ancient Title Breeders' Cup Handicap (gr. II) over subsequent champion Kona Gold. He won two other graded stakes and earned a career total of $820,965. Lexicon is out of the Golden Fleece mare Felidia.
