From France Galop

Edouard de Rothschild has been re-elected as president of France Galop for a second term.

Louis Romanet, who has stepped down as director general of the organization, will stay on as special adviser to the president.

Jean-Claude Seroul will advise Rothschild on matters concerning flat racing, while Bernard Ferrand, president of the Breeders' Association, will advise on national hunt issues.
