Owned by the farm, the 6-year-old son of Hennessy will stand for $1,500. Primary Suspect was at his best sprinting. He won at Monmouth Park first time out by 10 3/4 lengths at six furlongs in 1:09.45 and scored at Aqueduct in 1:08.81 several races later. In winning the Toboggan Handicap (gr. III) at Aqueduct, he ran the six furlongs in 1:09.47. Primary Suspect won or placed in 10 of 18 races and earned $241,283. He is out of the stakes-winning Affirmed mare Deb's Honor, who is a half-sister to graded winner Wild Deputy.
