Case Clay will become president and chief operating officer of Three Chimneys Farm effective Dec. 31.

"I am delighted to announce that Case will assume the positions of president and chief operating officer that Dan Rosenberg has so ably filled," Three Chimneys owner Robert Clay said in a Nov. 2 release. "He has an outstanding management team and staff who are excited about continuing the Three Chimneys tradition of integrity and customer service.

"Dan will remain affiliated with the farm as a director and consultant, and we will count on his counsel and expertise as we move forward."

Case Clay joined Three Chimneys Farm in 2002 and has been a drector of sales for the last several years. He currently serves on the board of directors of the Thoroughbred Owners and Breeders Association, the NTRA Political Action Committee, and Junior Achievement of the Bluegrass. He spent a year at the Irish National Stud in Kildare, Ireland, and Arrowfield Stud in Scone, Australia.

A graduate of DePauw University with a major in economics, he worked in Chicago with Arlington Park, Ernst & Young, and Hyatt Corp. prior to joining Three Chimneys.

"I will continue to be Three Chimneys' director of sales because I love being involved with the horses and our customers," Case Clay said. "I have big shoes to fill and I am looking forward to this exciting opportunity."

Said Rosenberg: "I have known Case since he was a boy and know that he has the same values that are at the core of Three Chimneys Farm. I also know that he has the experience, knowledge, and good judgment to not only step into my role, but to take Three Chimneys into the future."
