(Edited CTHS Ontario press release)
More than 170 horses have been cataloged for the winter mixed sale conducted by the Ontario division of the Canadian Thoroughbred Horse Society (CTHS). The auction is scheduled for Dec. 1 at Woodbine, beginning at 3:30 p.m. (EST).
“Our winter sale has become an annual attraction for both racing and equestrian-sport enthusiasts alike,” said Julie Coulter, general manager for CTHS Ontario. “Considering the quality and selection of horses catalogued for this year’s sale, people won’t be disappointed.”
The horses entered include 92 broodmares, 26 yearlings, and 45 weanlings.
There will be a live Webcast of the mixed sale. Viewers will be able to access it on the day of the auction by clicking on the “View Live Webcast” link located on the home page for CTHS Ontario: www.cthsont.com.
