Adena Springs has announced stud fees for the nine stallions it will be standing in Kentucky and the nine the farm will be standing at its Florida farm in 2008.
The fee for top sire Awesome Again will remain at $150,000. This year Awesome Again was represented by Emirates Airline Breeders' Cup Distaff (gr. I) winner Ginger Punch and Awesome Gem, who finished third in the Breeders' Cup Classic - Powered by Dodge (gr. I). New to the Kentucky roster are grade II winner Silent Name, who will stand for $7,500 and will make his final career start Nov. 23 in the Citation Handicap (gr. I) at Hollywood Park, and Macho Uno , who is a half-brother to Awesome Again and is relocating to Kentucky from Florida. Macho Uno will stand for $20,000.
New to the Florida operation is 2004 Bessemer Trust Breeders' Cup Juvenile (gr. I) winner Wilko, who will stand for $10,000, and Aristocrat, who is a full brother to Ghostzapper and will be standing for $5,000. Alphabet Soup , who will stand for $10,000, and Olmodavor , who will stand for $5,000, are being relocated from Kentucky to Florida.
