Wild Zone to Breakway in Indiana

Stakes winner Wild Zonewill stand in 2008 at Breakway Farm near Dillsboro, Ind. Owned by a partnership, he will stand for $3,000 live foal.

A 17-year-old son of Wild Again, Wild Zone has sired a dozen stakes winners, including multiple added-money winners Berdelia, Madam Speaker, Paradise Wild, Wild Hits, and Tortuga Flats. The last-named has won 11 of 18 races and earned $384,580.

Wild Zone has 2007 progeny earnings of $980,000, which will place him tops among this year's Indiana stallions. Wild Zone has career progeny earnings of $10.5 million. His career average earnings per runner is $35,600.

Wild Zone, a record-setter at six and seven furlongs, is out of multiple stakes producer Music Zone (by The Minstrel). He formerly stood at Hopewell Farm near Midway, Ky.
