Two-time English champion sprinter Elnadim will shuttle to Westbury Stud near Auckland, New Zealand, for the Southern Hemisphere season. The 7-year-old son of Danzig currently stands for $15,000 at Sheikh Hamdan's Shadwell Farm near Lexington. His New Zealand fee is NZ$25,000.
"There has been tremendous interest expressed in shuttling Elnadim to either New Zealand or Australia, and we elected to take advantage of this interest," said farm manager Rick Nichols.
Elnadim set a course record in the 1998 Darley July Cup (Eng-I) and also was a group II winner the previous year in England. His dam is French group II winner Elle Seule (by Exclusive Native) and his second dam is Kentucky Broodmare of the Year Fall Aspen.
