Pussycat Doll, owned by Mike Pegram, will sell at Fasig-Tipton Kentucky in November

Pussycat Doll, a five-time stakes winner and three-time grade I winner, will be offered at the Fasig-Tipton Kentucky fall mixed sale Nov. 4.

Pussycat Doll captured the first of her three grade Is at the end of her 3-year-old campaign, rolling to a 5 3/4-length victory in the La Brea Stakes at Santa Anita Park over Test Stakes (gr. I) winner Leave Me Alone. In the 2006 Humana Distaff on the Kentucky Derby Presented by Yum! Brands (gr. I) undercard, she scored a one-length triumph over a field that included three other grade I winners. Pussycat Doll also captured the 2007 Santa Monica Handicap by four lengths while carrying top weight.

By Kentucky Derby and Preakness Stakes (gr. I) winner and champion Real Quiet, Pussycat Doll is the first foal out of grade I winner Hookedonthefeelin, who sold at last year’s Fasig-Tipton November sale to Stonestreet Thoroughbred Holdings for $2.9 million. Her fourth foal, a 2-year-old filly by Vindication, broke her maiden in promising fashion at Belmont Park Sept. 23.

Pussycat Doll, who will be the only three-time grade I winner offered at this year’s sale, will be consigned by Hill 'n' Dale Sales Agency.
