Say Florida Sandy Sires First 2-Year-Old Winner

Say Florida Sandy, who recorded 33 wins, 17 seconds, 12 thirds to earn $2,085,408 (including 19 stakes victories, five of which were graded) has sired his first 2-year-old winner.
 
Say TOBA Sandy, who was bred by Sanford Bacon and Brendan Tobin, and who races for Bacon, won the seventh race Sept. 27 at Finger Lakes, a maiden special race in her first career start.
 
Bacon, who bred and raced Say Florida Sandy until he was claimed away from him, is co-breeder and owner of Say Florida Sandy's first winner.
 
Say Florida Sandy stands at Buckridge Farm in Kinderhook, NY. His 2007 fee was $5,000 live foal.
