Irish champion and millionaire Spinning World was represented by his first winner when Tendulkar won a five-furlong race by two lengths at the Curragh on May 7. The Racing Post called the win "a smart performance by Tendulkar who showed a fine turn of foot." Bred by Holtsinger, Tendulkar races for Sue Magnier.

Spinning World was a group I victor in Ireland and France, and winner of the Breeders' Cup Mile (gr. IT) in the U.S. The 8-year-old stallion (Nureyev--Imperfect Circle, by Riverman) stands at Ashford Stud near Versailles, Ky.
