Couch Named Racing Secretary at Gulfstream Park

Bill Couch has been named racing secretary at Gulfstream Park for the 2008 meet, the track recently announced.
Couch, currently the racing secretary and director of racing at Thistledown, replaces Dave Bailey, who resigned earlier this year.
A racing official since 1988, Couch is also a former trainer, jockey agent, chart caller, and public handicapper.
