Though Breeders’ Cup this year will add a second championship day of racing, post positions for all 11 Breeders’ Cup World Championships races will be drawn on one day.

Post positions will be drawn Tuesday, Oct. 23, at host site Monmouth Park in New Jersey. There are three new $1-million races scheduled for Friday, Oct. 26, and the existing eight grade I races for Saturday, Oct. 27.

In previous years, the post-position draw was held the Wednesday before the Saturday event.
