The National Thoroughbred Racing Association (NTRA) today released its annual report to the membership for 2006-07.
The 28-page report, available at www.ntra.com, includes sections on television, sponsorship and group purchasing, legislative and regulatory programs, marketing, public relations, and charitable programs, as well as 12 pages of the audited financial statements for 2006 and 2005.
The NTRA is a broad-based coalition of horse racing interests consisting of leading Thoroughbred racetracks, owners, breeders, trainers and affiliated horse racing associations, charged with increasing the popularity of horse racing and improving economic conditions for industry participants.
