Grade II winner Essence of Dubai came through with his first winner when his daughter Vanamint Pepanilla won June 3 at Camarero Race Track in Puerto Rico in her first start.
Bred in Florida by Arthur Parsont, Vanamint Pepanilla won at five furlongs in :59.22 for Alanesic Farm Corp. She is the fourth winner from the Fortunate Prospect mare Fortuitousmiss.
