Northern Afleet to Shuttle to Brazil's Stud TNT

Central Kentucky stallion Northern Afleet  , sire of 2005 Eclipse Award winner Afleet Alex, will shuttle to Stud TNT in Brazil in 2007 under a joint venture between Stud TNT, Haras Santa Maria de Araras, and Haras Old Friends.

“I am very excited about having a horse the quality of Northern Afleet to stand in Brazil," said Goncalo Torrealba of Stud TNT. "He will cover the best mares that the joint venture owns and will be very popular here in Brazil. Like other stallions that have stood at Stud TNT, the best of his runners here we will bring back up to North America to race.”

“Goncalo, Mr Bozano, and Old Friends have a wonderful breeding program in Brazil, and we are very excited that Northern Afleet will have the opportunity to serve some outstanding mares in that country. Following the success of Afleet Alex, GP Fleet, and Saint Afleet, we are looking forward to his first Kentucky crop hitting the sales rings around North America this year.
