The New York Racing Association announced Wednesday the official release of its Internet wagering application, which allows fans to access real-time racetrack information and securely place wagers on all races. NYRA said that its ADW program is the only one in the country that offers its members a full simulcast menu that includes all Magna/Churchill tracks as well as those racetrack signals exclusive to TVG.

NYRA's platform was developed by Sona Mobile, which earlier this year announced a strategic partnership with NYRA to bring to market the web-based wagering platform.

"The official release of this wagering product is a tremendous victory for the State of New York," said Charles Hayward, NYRA's president and CEO. "Our Thoroughbred racing fans demanded unfettered wagering access and NYRA delivered. Sona produced a fantastic product."

The Web site features online wagering capabilities with real-time access to all races and results, online registration, and access to track information and scratches. Phase II, expected to be completed in the near future, will provide real-time access to user account information and account funding features.
