The bay filly is out of Sochi, by Prized, and is a half sister to stakes winner P Town John.
Put Back the Glory, a filly by Put it Back consigned by agent Casse Sales, worked the day’s fastest quarter, getting the distance in :21 1/5. The gray or roan filly is out of stakes winner Shari’s Glory, by On to Glory.
The time equaled the sale’s fastest at the distance, worked Friday by a colt by Cape Town consigned by agent Eisaman Equine. The bay colt is out of On Top Of That, by Gate Dancer, a half sister to graded stakes winner Draw Again.
A Five Star Day filly consigned by agent Halcyon Hammock Farm worked a quarter in :21 2/5. The chestnut filly is out of Storm in Sight, by Storm Bird, a half sister to stakes winner Edgy Diplomat.
Six horses shared honors for the day’s fastest eighth mile works, stopping the timer in :10 1/5: A Broken Vow filly consigned by agent Solitary Oak, Inc. (Danny Pate); Smiling Cobra, a colt by Northern Afleet consigned by agent Excel Bloodstock, LLC (Bruno DeBerdt and Rudy Delguidice); a filly by Stormy Atlantic consigned by agent Costanzo Sales, Agent; a filly by Van Nistelrooy also consigned by Costanzo; a filly by Kafwain consigned by Indian Prairie Ranch; and a filly by Freud consigned by agent Niall Brennan Stables.
Those eighths were a tick off the sale’s fastest, with two youngsters working the distance in :10 flat. On Wednesday it was a colt by Double Honor consigned by agent M & H Training & Sales. The chestnut colt is out of Clarabella, by Claramount, a full sister to stakes winner Diplomatic Corps. On Friday it was a filly by Straight Man consigned by agent Eisaman Equine. The dark bay or brown filly is out of stakes placed Miss Salt Lick, by Salt Lake.
