Straight Man Filly Speeds :10 Flat at OBS Preview

A filly by Straight Man consigned by agent Eisaman Equine zipped an eighth in :10 flat, the fastest time at the distance at Friday's third session of the Under Tack Show for the Ocala Breeders' Sales Company's 2007 Spring Sale of Two-Year-Olds in Training. The dark bay or brown filly is out of stakes placed Miss Salt Lick, by Salt Lake.

Eisaman Equine also consigned a colt by Cape Town who turned in the session’s fastest quarter mile breeze, stopping the timer in :21 1/5. The bay colt is out of On Top Of That, by Gate Dancer, a half sister to graded stakes winner Draw Again.

Two youngsters worked quarters in :21 2/5. Morning Frost, consigned by Halcyon Hammock Farm, agent for G. Ray Trisler, is a bay filly by Monsieur Cat out of L.D. Operator, by Caller I.D. A dark bay or brown gelding, consigned by agent Longoria Training and Sales, is  by Cartwright out of stakes winner Pixie’s Lass, by Nordic Prince, and is a half brother to stakes placed Run to the Border.

The Under Tack Show’s final session is Saturday.
