Category Five to Mesa Farms in North Dakota

Category Five, a 12-year-old son of Storm Cat, has been relocated to stand at Mesa Farms near Zahl, N.D., for a fee of $1,500.

Category Five has sired 29 winners from 47 starters, including multiple stakes winners Edgerrin and Raging Wind. His other runners include Cinnapie, who was stakes-placed and a track record-setter. Category Five's progeny earnings are $1.2 million.

Category Five is out of the Nodouble mare Slinkee and has successful sires Touch Gold  and With Approval under his stakes-winning second dam. Category Five formerly stood at Valley Creek Farm near Valley Center, Calif.
