Hialeah Park will again host its Kentucky Derby Seminar, which is scheduled to start after the races at 6 p.m. May 4 in the Flamingo Sports Pavilion. Track announcer Frank Mirhmadi will moderate a panel of handicappers and sports personalities that will each analyze the Derby. The panel will include Hialeah television handicappers
