Hall is survived by longtime companion, Janet Seifert; sons Oscar, Jesse, and Richard, and daughters Charlene, Dee-Dee, Kim, and Melissa
A service will be held for Hall on Friday, March 9, in the Terrace Room, 3rd Floor, at 1:00 p.m. at Turfway Park.
