Snow Advisory Cancels Laurel Card Wednesday

A snow advisory in the Baltimore-Washington region forced Maryland Jockey Club officials to cancel live racing at Laurel Park for Wednesday, March 7.

The February 14 and February 25 cards were canceled earlier in the meeting due to inclement weather.

Laurel Park and its sister track Pimlico Race Course remained open for simulcasting. Entries for the March 10 card will be taken by the Laurel Park racing office as scheduled.

Live racing is expected to resume Thursday, March 8.
