Stakes winner Special Rate  was represented by his first foal on Feb. 23. The foal, a colt, was produced from the stakes-winning and stakes-producing mare Noryanny.

Special Rate (Pulpit  --Viviana, by Nureyev), a winner of over $187,000 when he ran for trainer Bobby Frankel and owner/breeder Juddmonte Farms, is a half brother to grade I winners and millionaires Sightseek and Tates Creek. He stands at Joe and Sharon Kerby’s Key Ranch in Salado, Texas, for $3,000.
