The first reported foal by grade I winner Roman Ruleris a colt born Jan. 24 at John Sikura's Hill 'n' Dale Farms near Lexington, where Roman Ruler stands at stud.

Bred by Albert Frassetto, the colt is out of the stakes-placed Silver Buck mare Heathers Promise.

Roman Ruler (Fusaichi Pegasus  --Silvery Swan, by Silver Deputy) will stand in 2007 for $30,000.
