Grade I Winner Southern Image's First Foal

The first reported offspring by multiple grade I winner Southern Imageis a filly foaled Jan. 19 at Lobo Farm near Paris, Ky.

Bred by Mike Abraham, the filly is the third foal from the stakes-winning Smart Strike  mare Smart N Fast, whose multiple stakes-producing dam is a half-sister to grade II winner Williamstown.

Southern Image (Halo's Image  --Pleasant Dixie, by Dixieland Band) will stand in 2007 for $15,000 at the Taylor family's Taylor Made Farm near Nicholasvile, Ky.
