Due to a winter storm that impacted travel in northern and central Kentucky, Turfway Park cancelled racing Sunday, Jan. 21.
Sherry Pinson, Turfway’s director of communications, said the cancellation was due to the condition of area roads that would impact horses shipping to the track for the afternoon live racing program.
The track is scheduled to remain open for simulcasting and resume live racing Wednesday, Jan. 24.
