Too Much Bling, one of the year's top 3-year-old sprinters, has been purchased by Audrey Haisfield's Stonewall Farm Stallions for stallion duty at Becky Thomas' Sequel Stallions near Ocala, Fla. A son of champion sprinter Rubiano, Too Much Bling will stand for $10,000.

Too Much Bling, who broke his maiden by 19 1/2 lengths as a 2-year-old, won four of six races this year. He captured the Carry Back Stakes (gr. II) at Calder Race Course and the San Vicente Stakes (gr. II) at Santa Anita and registered a 113 Beyer Speed Figure in winning the seven-furlong Bay Shore Stakes (gr. III) by nine lengths at Aqueduct. His other stakes win in 2006 came in the San Miguel Stakes. Too Much Bling ran second in this year's Woody Stephens Breeders' Cup Stakes (gr. II).

Following his maiden score, Too Much Bling placed in the Hopeful Stakes (gr. I) at Saratoga.

Bred in Ohio by Destiny Farm, Too Much Bling won five of 11 races and earned $509,674, making his last nine starts for Blazing Meadows Farm and Stonerside Stable. Produced from the Formal Dinner mare Rose Colored Lady, Too Much Bling is a half-brother to stakes winners Barnsey, Littlebitabling, and Ready for Roses.
