Proclamation, a group-winning miler from the Mr. Prospector sire line, has been retired from racing for stallion duty at Overbury Stud in Gloucestershire County in England. His fee is £4,000 (approximately $7,500).

Proclamation, whose sire, King's Best, is a grandson of Mr. Prospector, captured one of England's premier mile events, the group I Cantor Spreadfair Sussex (Eng-I), plus the Jersey Stakes (Eng-III) and Empire Property Group Cup, all in 2005. This year, he ran third in the Queen Anne Stakes (Eng-I).

Four-year-old Proclamation, who is from one of the Aga Khan's best female families, is out of multiple stakes-producer Shamarra (by Zayyani).
