Miguel Cervantes won the Constant Security Doncaster Stakes in England as a 2-year-old and was stakes-placed in Ireland at that age. He also raced in the U.S. and was retired with two wins from a dozen starts and earnings of $53,361.
Miguel Cervantes is a half-brother to two stakes winners, including English group winner Warm Heart. He is out of the winning Alydar mare Warm Mood, and his second dam is Canadian champion sprinter Summer Mood.
