Commentator Out of Sprint; Areyoutalkintome Draws In

Tracy Farmer's Commentator, a contender for the TVG Breeders' Cup Sprint (gr. I), was withdrawn from the race Monday, Oct. 30, due to an injury.

Breeders' Cup officials said they were notified the 5-year-old gelding had re-injured his left shin.

The defection means that Areyoutalkintome, the first horse on the preference list, will be allowed into the 14-horse field.

Commentator, the winner of eight of 11 lifetime starts, finished 10th in the Forego (gr. I) in his most recent effort, one of two starts this year. In his other race, Commentator won the restricted Mugatea Stakes.
