Grade I winner Vicar, who stood all six seasons at stud at Darby Dan Farm near Lexington, has been purchased by the Korean Racing Association for stallion duty at KRA Stud and Training Farm on Jeju Island.

Ten-year-old Vicar (Wild Again--Escrow Agent, by El Gran Senor) sired 2005 graded stakes winners R Lady Joy and Vicarage and 2006 added-money winners Vestrey Lady and Wild L. His runners have earned $4.5 million.

Vicar was bred in Kentucky by John W. Meriwether and Richard F. Leahy, and raced for James Tafel. He scored his major wins in the 1999 Florida Derby (gr. I) and Fountain of Youth Stakes (gr. I) and earned a career total of $835,142.

Tom Clark Bloodstock brokered the deal.
