Trust N Luck, who stood his first three seasons at Dr. Tom Simon's Vinery near Lexington, is moving to Vinery Florida for the 2007 season.
A son of
Montbrook ,
Trust N Luck will have his fee reduced from $6,500 to $5,000 for his first season at the farm near Summerfield, Fla.
Trust N Luck won the Fountain of Youth Stakes (gr. I) and finished second in the Florida Derby (gr. I). In all, he won five of 12 starts and earned $727,484. He is out of the Dahar mare Bold Burst.
"Given his success while racing in Florida and the popularity of his sire,
Montbrook , he seems a natural fit for our Florida stallion operation. We are very excited to present him to Florida breeders, and we anticipate a strong and immediate response," said Vinery Kentucky co-general manager Ben McElroy.
