(Edited Fasig-Tipton press release)
Fasig-Tipton has catalogued more than 240 horses for its select fall mixed sale that will be held on Nov. 5 in Lexington. The offerings include the dams of twelve grade I winners, six grade I winners coming off the racetrack, and 17 other young graded stakes-winning females. Also in the catalogue are 73 mares from the ClassicStar dispersal, 60 select weanlings, and a draft of horses of racing age from Ballydoyle Stables in Ireland.
"The dispersal of ClassicStar is an offering of exceptional quality," said Fasig-Tipton president Walt Robertson, "and its presence has been a great recruiting tool for this year. The ClassicStar mares are interspersed through the sale and there are another 170 offerings of similar quality."
Catalogues will be available from Fasig-Tipton offices and representatives in Europe, Japan and Australasia by October 11.
