The New Jersey chapter of ReRun will host its fifth All-Thoroughbred Charity Horse Show Sept. 23 at the New Jersey Horse Park in Allentown, N.J.

The event is designed to showcase the versatility of Thoroughbreds and is open to any Thoroughbred horse. The show will include 52 classes featuring all equine disciplines, including hunters, jumpers, and dressage, as well as classes for children.

There will also be a special class for ex-racehorses, as well as a "War Horse" class for Thoroughbreds who earned more than $100,000 on the racetrack or made more than 50 career starts. Another "Adopted Horses In-Hand" class will showcase Thoroughbreds adopted through ReRun's program. Thoroughbreds currently available for adoption will also be in attendance.

There will be a special reception in the pavilion at 3 p.m. following the show to thank adopters, participants, and supporters of ReRun's 10-year adoption program. Proceeds from the show will support Thoroughbred ex-racehorses awaiting adoption.
