Stakes Winner Jove Stone to Circle 4 G's in Louisiana

Stakes winner Jove Stone has been purchased by Matthew and Leanna Givs for stallion duty at their Circle 4 G's Thoroughbreds near Sunset, La.

A 12-year-old son of Northern Jove, Jove Stone won four stakes, including the Mr. Nickerson Handicap in track-record time of 1:08.06 for six furlongs at Philadelphia Park.

Jove Stone, who is out of the winning Graustark mare Gemstone, is a half-brother to stakes winners Clever Gem and Magical Gem. All three of his runners have won or placed.
