Graded stakes winner Istintaj was represented by his first winner when his son, The Last Suspiro, won July 28 at Woodbine. Bred in Florida by Joel Covarrubias, The Last Suspiro won at five furlongs in :58.50 for Go For Broke Racing Stable and Lorna Possler.
Istintaj (Nureyev--Mathkurh, by Riverman) stands at Hatfield Farm near Anthony, N.M. His 2006 fee was $2,250.
