Red Bullet Represented by First Winner

Red Bullet, the 2000 Preakness Stakes (gr. I) winner, was represented by his first winner as a sire when Princess Nikki won Saturday's second race at Calder Race Course.
The 2-year-old filly, trained by Steve Standridge for Helen and Stephen Weicholz, completed the 5 ½ furlongs in 1:06.54.
A homebred for Frank Stronach's Adena Springs Farm, Red Bullet won six of 14 starts and earned $1,161,920. The 9-year-old son of Unbridled stands at Adena Springs South in Florida where his 2006 fee was $30,000.
