Stakes winner Max's Pal came through with his first winner when his son, Diamond Max, won June 25 at Woodbine.

Bred in Florida by Kim Roberts, Diamond Max won at five furlongs in 1:00.02. He is the first foal from the Mystery Storm mare Reigning Diamonds.

Max's Pal (Marquetry--Singin Up a Storm, by Storm Cat) stands for $2,500 at Roy Lerman's Lambholm South near Reddick, Fla.
